Across many local and national measurement indicators the Pengegon estate in Camborne, West Cornwall is dysfunctional and deprived. Our DOTT Cornwall project, Designing Communities asks the question: How can a new community centre bring about lasting benefits to the residents of Pengegon?

Through our design process, we engaged residents and discovered what services and facilities they needed to improve their lives. Together, we are now co-designing a new community centre which aims to solve some of the problems on the estate.

A multi-award winning environmental programme from Knowle West Media Centre, nationally and internationally acclaimed, and the "jewel in the crown" of the DC10 - Carbon Makeover has got it all. We've added value to the social and economic inclusion of participants; via digital media, marketing and mentoring.

We've worked with Zurich for seven years. Past projects include the development of the popular Zurich Rugby Club in 2004/5, and the employee engagement strategy for UK underwriters in 2006/7 which was endorsed at global board level. We continue to add value, objectivity and experience to their digital and marketing propositions.

We recognise that staff who deliver projects can make the real differences, and it's how we engage them which truly differs us from others.

A pilot programme for Bristol City Council as part of the national ‘Gateway to Educational Services' initiative from the Department for Children, Schools and Families. Together with Knowle West Media Centre, we designed a basket of tools and technologies to help parents get involved with their children's schooling in new ways, and provide a single source of information for parents.

We have worked with Connecting Bristol to design a fresh new look for their popular technology blog. We also designed their new brand identity.

"...Consistently responsive, producing a high quality of work across all elements of the project, often working above and beyond the call of duty to meet our very demanding deadlines", we conceived the world's first community-focused Green ICT site, Connecting Bristol's "Green Addict".

It is already receiving national and international attention. It's been nominated for the European ICT for Energy Efficiency Project Award, nominated for the 2010 National eWell-Being Awards for Energy Efficiency and is being rolled out to other Local Authorities in the UK.
